Bookings and Cancellations Policy

Classes at Thread Den frequently become fully booked, so we require full payment to be made at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made at the store, via credit card over the phone or by direct bank deposit.

Cancellations made within three days of the commencement of class forfeit 50% of the class fee. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to class will forfeit the full class fee. 

If due to circumstances Thread Den must cancel a class, enrolled participants will be notified 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the class and will receive a credit for the amount paid.
