Melissa worked in marketing and business before moving to Melbourne from QLD to start a mens clothing label. In the process of building fashion industry networks, the idea for Thread Den came about and evolved into the first store in North Melbourne.
Before collaborating to develop Thread Den, Kylie enjoyed working in costume design, dressmaking, and dance. These interests and her love for vintage fashions continue to be fulfilled in all Thread Dens facets.
Truth be told, Erica is just mad for anything 60s- whether it be the Stones, her Vespa or psychedelic prints and mod dresses. Being a part-owner of Thread Den allows her to indulge her vintage habit.
A fan of the classics. Tennille has always loved those pieces of clothing that never go out of style. Recently rekindling an old love of sewing Tennille has enjoyed being able to help others discover the pleasure it provides.
